Hello ! I have a problem with the KYC on the Maiar launchpad. When I want to verify my identity by taking a photo of my identity card I have an error telling me that my photo is more than 4MB ... I cannot reduce the size of the photo taken with my mobile ..., an alternative solution for my KYC to be accepted?
