i had the same problem and the problem seems to be that you have to set the zoom at browser to 100% from settings (at google from up right the three dots )and to be brightness enough.good luck

Hello Guys , I have done the KYC successful from connected with ledger elrond wallet with email cciumedean@gmail.com. After that i had tried to connect on launchpad with maiar app and i received an email that my address has been changed successfully and now my KYC is cancelled from what I see . Can someone help me with the steps needed to restore my KYC
